Terms of Service — SimpleEntra

The Terms of Service govern the agreement between SimpleEntra and you as a customer — together with the Data Processing Agreement which covers the processing of personal data.

Key terms

Pricing and payment

Company: EUR 133/month excl. VAT (DKK 995) — monthly invoicing, net 14 days payment terms.
MSP: by arrangement.
Free 7-day trial — no credit card, no automatic conversion to a paid subscription.

Termination

30 days' written notice to the end of a calendar month. Either party may terminate.
Data is deleted no later than 30 days after termination (see DPA § 14).
JSON data export available on request before termination.

Availability

We aim for at least 99.5% monthly uptime for the portal's core functions.
Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
No formal service credits in v1 — contact us if you need a dedicated SLA.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The cap does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Neither party is liable for indirect loss (loss of business, lost profit).

Governing law

Danish law. Jurisdiction: Copenhagen City Court as court of first instance.
